Thank you for visiting Infocado's on-line shop. We do our best to ensure that you enjoy a speedy and efficient on-line shopping experience, but if you prefer you can contact us by phone or e-mail to make a purchase, resolve any problems or request information. Ordering
In ordering from infocado.co.uk it is assumed that you have read, understood and accepted the Conditions of Purchase displayed during the purchasing process. For reference, these are listed below.

Infocado will e-mail you with confirmation of the receipt and acceptance of your order. Infocado at its sole discretion may rescind acceptance, in whole or in part, of any order containing incorrect, insufficient or unreadable information, whether this results from technical malfunction or any other cause, or in cases where the order is in conflict with the Conditions of Purchase.

Items on one order are sent to the same delivery address.

Supply
Infocado reserves the right at its sole discretion not to supply certain customers, or customers outside of the UK.

Unconfirmed orders
Often we have to contact a customer in order to confirm acceptance of shipping charges, resolve a problem with verification of credit card information or clarify some other billing or address issue. Please be advised that while we always do our utmost to reach you by phone and e-mail, we cannot maintain orders in an unconfirmed state indefinitely. If we cannot contact you within five business days of receipt of your order, the order will be cancelled, so please ensure that you provide us with contact information that will enable us to reach you in a timely fashion should the need arise.

Credit Card payment
The customer's card is debited at the time of processing the purchase by Worldpay, a highly reputable internet payments processing institution.

After reviewing order details, the customer may opt to proceed to payment. The customer will in this case be conveyed to the Worldpay payment screen. After entering their credit card details into this screen, the customer receives a message from Worldpay as to the success or failure of their transaction and is then conveyed back to the infocado.co.uk web site.

Infocado does not have access to card details unless a customer calls Infocado to place or complete an order on their behalf. In this case the customer's card details will be entered onto the system by Infocado staff but the information is not stored by Infocado.

Refunds will be transacted by Worldpay on behalf of Infocado.

Data is encrypted for the customer's safety. Infocado cannot be held responsible for a security failure originating with Worldpay or other suppliers.

Cancellation
In the event of an order not being fulfilled within 5 weeks, an e-mail will be sent to the customer giving the option to cancel the order. After ten weeks the order is cancelled and the customer's money refunded. The customer is advised to re-order if necessary.

Shipping and Delivery information
Infocado uses ANC as its delivery partner for packages in excess of 400g and the Royal Mail for packages below that weight. The packaging and delivery charge will be shown clearly on your order before you enter any billing information. For delivery you pay the actual cost and no more charged to us by ANC. In addition, we add a small charge, related to the overall value of the transaction for packaging materials and handling.

Please allow 28 business days for delivery. If for any other reason delivery is likely to take longer than expected, we will contact you to notify you of the expected delivery schedule.

Returns and refunds
Returns are accepted for any reason within the 21-day refund/returns period and only when the cellophane wrapping on the individual calendars or cards is undamaged. This period begins on the date that the order is delivered to the shipping address. Returns will only be accepted if you have contacted Infocado in advance of returning any item. Customers returning goods are advised to use registered post or recorded delivery as Infocado cannot issue refunds for returned items lost in transit.

Infocado cannot accept merchandise for return if the original cellophane wrapping on individual cards or calendars is missing or damaged.

Customers with the wrong item, a duplicate, or who have been sent something which was not ordered are requested to e-mail info@infocado.co.uk with the details (name, address, date on dispatch form, order number, item received, item wanted) before returning it to Infocado Ltd, Gooch's Court, Stamford, Lincolnshire, PE9 2RE.

Please note that Infocado will not refund returns postage and packing charges except in the demonstrable event that the customer has received an unordered item, an item damaged in transit, or a severely faulty item.

Refunds are normally processed within a week of receipt of the returned item at Infocado. Where refunds are requested, Infocado will search the customer's order record to prevent instances of fraudulent requests.
